4. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to deliver your orders within the estimated timelines. However, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. GoHop is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics partners.

5. Return & Replacement

  • Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged or defective.
  • A complete unboxing video is mandatory to process any return request.
  • Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
  • Requests raised after this period will not be accepted.
  • All return requests are subject to approval after review by our team.
  • Once approved, pickup will be arranged by us.
