2. Mandatory Unboxing Video
To process any return request, customers must provide a clear unboxing video showing the package being opened and the damage/defect visible.
Without this video, the return request will not be considered.
3. Return Request Timeline
Customers must raise a return request within 7 days of receiving the product.
Any requests made after this period will not be accepted under any circumstances.
4. Approval Process
All return requests are subject to verification by our team.
Returns will be approved only after our team reviews the provided evidence and deems the request valid.
