Go Hooked is a Delhi-based home organisation and garden brand founded by Gagan Arora, with co-founder Kanupriya Arora. It is operated by Arora Suppliers, New Delhi.

Is Go Hooked available on Amazon?

Yes. Go Hooked has an official brand store on Amazon.in, and you can also buy directly on gohooked.in.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, and delivery usually takes 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. Tracking details are shared by email or SMS.

How much is shipping?

Any shipping charge is shown at checkout before you pay. Free shipping may be offered on select products or promotions.

Returns

What is your return policy?

Returns are accepted only for damaged or defective products. Raise the request within 7 days of receiving it, with a clear unboxing video. Once approved, we arrange the pickup.

What if my product arrives damaged?

Email info@arorasuppliers.in within 7 days of delivery with your order details and a clear unboxing video showing the damage. Our team will review it and, once approved, arrange a pickup.

Sizing and fit

Will an under-shelf basket fit my shelf?

Under-shelf baskets slide onto an existing shelf, so the hooks must fit your shelf's thickness. Measure the shelf thickness and depth, and compare them with the product details before you buy.

Will wardrobe shelf dividers fit a steel almirah?

Our clip-on wardrobe shelf dividers are designed to slide onto wooden shelves less than 1 inch thick. For steel almirahs, use stackable clothes organiser trays or boxes instead.

Will railing planters fit my balcony railing?

Check your railing's shape and measure the width of the top rail or bar, then compare it with the hook opening on the product page. The hook should sit snugly. Always hang planters on the inside of the railing.

Product care

Are your plastic planters safe in direct sun?

Many of our polymer and plastic pots are described as UV resistant on their product pages. Check the listing for each pot. Untreated plastic can fade or become brittle in strong sun over time.

Do your pots have drainage holes?

Most of our planters have drainage holes, but check the product details for each pot.

How do I stick self-adhesive hooks so they hold?

Clean and dry a smooth surface such as tile or glass, press the hook firmly, and wait for the time on the pack before hanging anything. Use them for light items only, within the limit stated on the pack.

How do I care for plastic and polymer pots?

Wipe them with a damp cloth and mild soap, empty saucers after watering, and keep untreated pots out of harsh sun when not in use. Avoid harsh chemicals and abrasive scrubbers.
